The Housing Director lets you assign students in many ways. Assign first-year students using our industry-leading AutoAssign feature to match students to rooms and to each other using personal and hall/room-based preferences. Returning students can select their own housing using our customizable and flexible Online Room Selection system, part of the MyHousing Web Suite. You can always manually assign/switch/swap or cancel room assignments with just a couple clicks of your mouse. However you decide to assign students to their rooms, billing and other housing fees are taken care of in parallel with the assignment process. The MyHousing Web Suite enables you to bring the housing process to your students. ApplyOnline provides a way for new students to submit their housing applications, electronically sign their housing agreement, and answer personal/living preference questions that will later be used for AutoAssign. Returning students can re-apply for housing, select roommates, and participate in real-time online room selection processes. MyHousing is also the main portal for your students to submit work orders, view their billing, see waiting list information, and more. The MyHousing Web Suite also features DeskStaff and ExpressCheck. These applications allow you to check in/out your students; or, if you prefer, students can check themselves in/out with just a swipe of their ID card or a scan of their pre-printed move-in/out pass using self-service kiosks.
