The Judicial Officer - New Features
The current version
is: 2.2
The following features are new
for versions 2.2.x
- A threshold setup to allow either the full population of the student drop-list of names, or a search-based population of the student drop-list of names
- The ability to set a defined string as the delimiter in emailed tables
- The ability to make buildings active/inactive
- The ability to define users as case workers
- The ability to attach "Points" to violations and sanctions
- The ability to replace the generic e-mail address with the specific e-mail addresses for a user as the return e-mail address when sending e-mails
- The ability to define violations and sanctions to specific users
- The elimination of the on-the-fly cross-tab reporting tables (they are replaced with the report table structure currently in place in The Housing Director)
- The creation of user groups (for defining user security privileges)
- The ability to limit specific fields and set a specific criteria for individual user reporting
- Time/UserID stamps on the creation of the incident
- Reported By Name as a default field for an incident
- Enhancements on the external lookup/import process for matching/importing external student data
- The ability to query on counts of incidents and violations
- The ability to create and use a default user note
- The ability to have sanctions immediately complete or auto-complete when the due date passes (system checks and sets auto-completes on program start-up)
- Exit button enhancement to close program when other screens are open
- Microsoft Windows Vista Compatibility
- Added the ability to double-click on a line in a report and have the program then go to that incident
- Change Incidents by Case Worker to show Incident Status and allow users to back-enter case workers
- Allow longer-length Narratives and Incident Notes
- Allow user to Copy Incident Notes to Other Students
- Added descriptors at the top of the Start, Student, Incident, and Report forms to tell the user which database they are connected to
