Our HelpDesk is available Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm (Eastern). Special on-call support can be arranged with your account manager during special housing events on your campus such as online room selection.

Clients who host their software in the ASI Datacenter have access to after hours support for urgent issues and outages by contacting one of our support specialists by calling us at 800.372.3165 / Option 4.

ASI Training Central & User Guides

The training materials provided in Training Central include step-by-step instructions for using common components of ASI products which supplement the User Guides and/or Help Topics provided in the "Downloads" section of MyASI. We hope you will use these materials to learn and to teach! Please feel free to adapt these materials to your institution's processes or even make them part of your staff training!
